Our business is looking for experienced retail Butchers who are able to work in a fast paced team.
Specific requirements for the positions include:
· Maintain tools and equipment including sharpening and retaining keen edge on knives
· Breaking down a body of beef and slicing various cuts of beef
· Debone and trim chickens to specification in a clean and quick manner
· Debone and trim to specification various pork cuts including Legs, Loin and Shoulder.
· Drivers licence
· Industry qualifications will be favourably considered
· A minimum of 3-Years industry experience is required
· Abide by company policies and procedures at all times including compliance with OH&S requirements and company dress standards
The positions will suit well presented, fit energetic people with a positive attitude, who have a keen eye for attention to detail.
