CPD/Learning/Growth:
We have whole-team monthly one-hour in-services, dedicated peer-peer training/practice/learning 30min twice weekly, and scheduled breaks to keep you fresh.
We offer generous support of professional development: we pay 50% and it's uncapped (when mutually beneficial, of course).
We look after our team - no meat grinder here, and no 'milking-shed' treatments for our clients, it's all one-on-one. Mentoring is given from the top down, pitched at your stage of career by experienced physios and the business owners.

For physios with demonstrated ability, we offer the option of a percentage-based wage that delivers outstanding financial reward. Personal interests and strengths are strongly supported: we want you to develop your niche. At the same time, if being a generalist private practice physio is your thing, we have no shortage of clients for you to help out!
We will facilitate your desired career path. Opportunities are available for assuming senior roles in management, training/mentoring and specialized services. Or if lifestyle is a higher priority, we can accommodate a variety of needs.
You will help us deliver:
* personalised, friendly service to our clients
* confident assessment and effective hands-on and active treatments delivered within a client-centred framework
* exercise prescription, instruction and supervision, or simple re-engagement with safe movement
* regular, concise reporting to stakeholders (using efficient templates and delivery systems)
* occasional participation in community events (infrequent and optional)
* customer-for-life clients who rave to their families and friends
