We have an opportunity available for an experienced : Mid-Level : Architect / Interior Designer with minimum 5 years Hospitality & Leisure experience to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from concept through to completion, collaborating with a team of experienced designers and consultants.
Job Description:
* Assist in the development of masterplans for hotel and resort developments, ensuring integration of architectural, landscape, and environmental elements.
* Work on conceptual design, space planning, and schematic layouts that align with the project vision and client requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to ensure project feasibility and design coherence.
* Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, diagrams, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct site analysis and integrate local context, culture, and environmental factors into the masterplan.
* Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
* Provide creative input and innovative design solutions to enhance the overall guest experience and functionality of the resort.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in design software : Revit / AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of sustainability and environmental design principles.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
* Portfolio showcasing relevant experience and design work, particularly in the hospitality sector.
