Delivery and Regional Priorities – Remote Housing

Primary Objective:
Lead a team to provide property and tenancy management services to occupants of government employee dwellings in regional and remote communities in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 and Housing Act 1982, including ingoing, outgoing and regular inspections and supporting occupants to report repairs and maintenance needs.
