**About the role**
It is not often an prospect like this presents!

Whilst this role supports a team managing the recruitment for technical staff and Apprentices nationally for one of our key accounts, you do not need to have recruitment experience to thrive in this role. Your natural flair for customer service, administration and organisational skills will set you up for success.

You will work with a team that is passionate about providing first class service to our client, taking pride in the partnership and stakeholders that they service.

Whilst we love to come together as a team in our Baulkham Hills offices a few times a week, this role offers the flexibility of working from home once you've finalised your training.

**The Role**

As part of a small dedicated team, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the Recruitment function for one of our key customers.

You will be responsible for but not limited to.
- Administration to support the successful hire
- Support other recruitment initiatives for bulk recruitment drive programs
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks

**About you**
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team
- Excellent administrative skills with strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
