**A day in the life**
As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll be an integral part of our busy Conference & Events Operations. You'll be leading a team of dedicated Conference & Event professionals, leading by example and have a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests & members, daily.
In the role you'll report to the Conference & Events Operations Manager, work closely with all department heads.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable and who has a 'can-do' attitude. As a leader, you'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for events and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.

**We're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* conferencing events
- A confident leader who has prior experience in mentoring and guiding a team to provide a memorable experience for guests
- A genuine love of the events & hospitality industry
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability and willingness to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (opening and closing shifts). Weekend availability is essential
- Ability to network and communicate with key stakeholders
