**The Role**:Make a difference to the lives of older people by coordinating and delivering ACH Group's research strategy, in this full-time role based at Mile End.
**What you will do**:
- Deliver market / customer research and analysis
- Undertake tendering and grant processes
- Provide input into product and service design, using co-design methods and ensuring new initiatives are evidence based
- Design and deliver evaluations of ACH services and initiatives
- Lead and inspire innovation by remaining informed of current best practice and emerging trends
- Support change management processes

**About you**:
- Research design implementation experience
- Experience in managing research projects to completion
- Attention to detail, with strong documentation, administration and organisational skills
- Degree level qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Experience in one of more of the following:
- Designing new products
- Using co-design methods
- Planning and leading design or strategy projects
- Business innovation
- Managing change projects
- Attention to detail, with strong documentation, administration and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Experience in leading change
- A current driver's licence
- Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use a range of tools and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
