Dynamic Post-Natal Ward Opportunity
We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Registered Midwives to join our dedicated team of midwives, obstetricians, and neonatologists in a dynamic post-natal ward.
Our highly trained team provides world-class maternity care, and we offer roles that support your development and work-life balance. You will rotate across the Birth Unit and Special Care Nursery as needed.

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based midwifery care and provide exceptional patient experiences
* Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
* Ensure safety for patients and staff
* Supervise and guide midwifery/nursing team members, including ENs and AINs
* Provide education and support to mothers and families
* Maintain current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA
* Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check
* Proven experience in a similar role; Special Care Nursery experience is advantageous
* Comply with ACQSHC standards
* Demonstrate sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
* Work well independently and in teams
* Meet NSW Health policy requirements and possess basic computer skills

If successful, salary will be based on your experience, ranging from $35.46 to $49.79 per hour, in accordance with the current enterprise agreement.
