Marketing Automation Officer – Responsibilities
* Utilise marketing automation, CRM, and digital production technologies to support student recruitment and conversion initiatives.
* Design and execute email, SMS, and web channel campaigns, ensuring accurate, engaging, and timely communications to prospective students and their influencers.
* Manage and segment audience data, report on campaign performance, and assist with the production of digital assets.
Required Experience and Key Skills
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
* Strong understanding of email, SMS, and web channel campaign creation.
* Data segmentation and performance reporting skills.
* Experience assisting with digital asset production.
