About the Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to respond to a variety of alarm events while communicating with clients to assist with their needs.
Reporting to the Central Monitoring Station Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include: Proactively participate as a member of the Central Monitoring Station team Follow standard monitoring response procedures according to AS****** Record all actions clearly and accurately in the Patriot monitoring platform Update client information accurately in the Patriot monitoring platform Liaise with clients/stakeholders regarding alarm/event activations Respond to alarm/event activations in a timely manner About You The successful candidate will have: Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail Strong communication skills - clear, concise and accurate manner in person and over the phone A high level of computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new systems and software The ability to maintain professionalism in all and every aspect of the Monitoring Station Operations Patience, understanding and empathy wherever possible The ability to work in a team environment You will also need: Security Officer's licence or willingness to obtain Police Clearance or willingness to obtain The ability to work on a 24/7 roster What's in it for You?
