The Opportunity
The successful applicant will be part of a growing team that provides Billing and Collections support to several Ramsay Health Care private hospitals across Australia. The role is based at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra, Patient Accounts - North QLD Billing Hub.
You’ll help ensure accurate billing processes and provide excellent support to patients, health funds and third-party payers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Generate and submit accounts to patients, health funds and third-party payersLiaise with health funds and customers to resolve billing mattersManage account enquiries and follow up outstanding itemsMaintain the Aged Trial Balance in line with required KPIsPerform accurate data entry and processing tasks
About You
You are reliable, organised and take pride in delivering accurate work. With strong attention to detail and great time-management skills, you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve results.
You’re also a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders across the organisation.
Essential Skills & Experience
Billing Patient accounts or/and debt collection experienceProven ability to work both independently and within a team environmentStrong work ethic with a reliable and proactive approachAbility to manage tasks within designated timeframes and meet KPI targetsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to perform well under pressureBasic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel
