We are on the hunt for our next full time Internal Sales Rep team member to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our office in Epping, VIC.
This role will operate full-time, 5 days per week (Mon‐Fri).
Requirements
As an Internal Sales Rep, you'll get to:
* Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
* Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Accurately track activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM
* Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue targets
* Deliver a high level of customer service while building and maintaining client relationships
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
* Assist with basic proposals and presentations where required

Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be a bonus!
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
