Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing and Repairing E-Scooters: Troubleshoot and repair e-scooters to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
* Warehouse Management Strategy: Develop and execute an effective warehouse management strategy that drives efficiency and productivity.
* KPIs and Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of warehouse operations.
* Training and Development: Provide training and support to new warehouse technicians to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Monthly Stocktakes: Plan and conduct monthly stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
