About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Administrator to join our Workforce Management team. This role provides vital administrative and coordination support across workforce management, HR, rostering, and compliance functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, rostering, and recruitment teams, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Support

* Provide high‐level administrative support including data entry, document management, and record maintenance
* Manage shared inboxes and assist with internal and external correspondence
* Prepare standard letters, reports, spreadsheets, and communications
* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information
* Assist with staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives (e.g. R U OK? Day, Mental Health Week)

Workforce Management & Compliance

* Support internal and external audits and compliance activities
* Monitor compliance systems including Blue Card Portal, PRODA and Hope & Healing
* Upload and track employee compliance documentation
* Assist with reporting, surveys, and HRIS data preparation
* Coordinate and complete offboarding processes

Rostering & Talent Acquisition Support

* Assist the rostering team with administrative tasks, staff communication and shift covers
* Support induction sessions, onboarding schedules, and compliance requirements
* Assist with reference checks and recruitment activities when required

About You

* This role is well suited to a recent HR or Business graduate looking to build hands‐on experience in workforce and HR operations.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Previous experience in administration, HR administration, or workforce support (highly desirable)
* Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), with willingness to learn HR systems
* Understanding of confidentiality and compliance in disability and child‐related environments

Requirements

* Willingness to complete a Personal History Application (LCS2)
* Possession of, or willingness to obtain:
o Queensland Blue Card (Child Related Employment)
o Disability Services Positive Notice or NDIS Worker Screening Check
