The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to coordinate existing cleaning contracts and lead our teams to success. This role focuses on maximising operational and financial performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

As Contract Manager, you will:

* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
* Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
* Manage staff rosters, timesheets, leave, and performance in line with contractual obligations.
* Oversee audits, reports, and compliance requirements across delegated sites.
* Maintain equipment registers, preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure all safety standards are upheld.
* Coordinate staff training, toolbox sessions, and mandatory education requirements.
* Handle staff grievances, customer feedback, and complaints in line with policy.
* Uphold Occupational Health & Safety and legislative compliance, including Aged Care Act 2024 requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

* Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance Cleaning (Management) or equivalent experience.
* Proven leadership in contract or facility management, ideally within cleaning services.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both staff and clients.
* High attention to detail and the ability to deliver on compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
* Knowledge of WHS, quality systems, and staff management processes.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* Cleaning industry: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

* Nationally Coordinated Police Check (Preferred)
* 2025 Influenza vaccination (Preferred)
* COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster vaccination) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

* 25% (Preferred)
