We're looking for an Account Director to join our leadership team, someone who thrives on client ownership, leads from the front, and enjoys being actively involved in both strategy and delivery.
Opportunity
This is a senior, hands‐on leadership role with responsibility for:
* Owning and strengthening key client relationships
* Acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
* Leading a high‐performing pod to deliver consistently high‐quality work
While supported by Account Executives and specialists, this role requires visible ownership, direct client engagement, and active involvement in strategy, key meetings, campaign direction, and issue resolution.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Acting as the primary client contact for key accounts, building trust and long‐term partnerships
* Leading strategic and commercial conversations with clients
* Personally leading or co‐leading quarterly reviews, strategy sessions, and major presentations
* Providing hands‐on direction across campaigns, media strategy, and performance
* Owning client escalations and resolving issues quickly and confidently
* Leading, coaching, and developing your pod with clear expectations and accountability
* Managing workflow, quality, and delivery to a consistently high standard
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative leadership culture at TFM

* Senior account leadership experience within a media or marketing agency
* Strong client management and commercial capability
* Proven experience leading and developing teams
* Comfortable being hands‐on in strategy and delivery, not just oversight
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
