About the role
The Doylo, is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on using high-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef's to join our new team and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:
* Input toward menu's
* input towards chef specials
* Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in sous chef roll)
* Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules
* Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
* Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

Skills and experience
* Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant
* Proven experience leading kitchen staff
* Passion for food!
* Ability to motivate and work in a team.
* A can-do attitude.
