Do you have experience as a sales administrator or are you a strong administrator looking to get into real estate? if so read ahead

Our client is an industry leading name and sets the standard for exceptional customer service and professionalism. They are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated administrator to join their dynamic and growing team.

**KEY DUTIES: (include but are not limited to)**
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet and mailouts
- Processing Form 6's
- Managing database and CRM
- Adaptability to prioritize duties efficiently
- Preparation of sales contracts and liaising with conveyancers, sales agents and financial institutions.

**REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Real estate Sales Administrator or a strong Admin background with a passion for real estate
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Exceptional Personal Presentation
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A passion for the industry
