You will be a leader with a passion for seeing your team members succeed and grow while bringing a passion for a high level of clinical care and service.Current registration with AHPRAMinimum 5 years postgraduate experiencein general /medical environmentExperience in managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance managementPrevious experience as a senior nurse or manager will be highly regardedStrong leadership skills and confident with delegating dutiesRemunerationA base hourly rate ranging from $65.84 - $71.24 + superannuation based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
