This part time ( 3 days a week) role will be responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance and property support services at our Narralling Community. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, in compliance with current regulations and BaptistCare’s quality standards.About The RoleManage and perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns, and carparksEnsure all maintenance activities comply with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulationsWork closely with Site Managers and the Area Manager to deliver maintenance services with minimal impact on residents and staffMaintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and disposals, and ensure the maintenance of site vehicles, plant, and machineryManage and liaise with contractors, tradespersons, suppliers, and volunteers to ensure all work is completed to BaptistCare’s standardsActively promote and deliver sustainability and ESG-related initiativesAbout Narralling CommunityNarralling Community provides modern housing for seniors and single-parent families.
