About the role
Rembrandt Living is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team in Oaklands Park, South Australia.
As a part-time (0.8) or full-time Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and supporting the broader finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
What you'll be doing
Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
Maintaining the accounts payable ledger and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms
Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment queries
Maintain vendor files and ensure all payment documentation is complete and compliant.
Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an accounts payable role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (desirable but not essential)
