Endoscopy Nurse Opportunity
Mater Private Hospital has a rewarding position available for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We provide access to various procedures including gastroscopy and ERCPs, ensuring a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality patient care during Endoscopy procedures, including pre-intra-post-procedure support
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care, from preparation to discharge
* Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and adhering to risk management guidelines
* Implementing strategies to integrate quality and risk management into daily service provision
* Maintaining current knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Experience in Endoscopy is preferred but not necessary; demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations
* Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate patient care, with strong clinical problem-solving skills
* Exposure to admissions, recovery, and procedural areas, with flexibility to work across shifts and on-call
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated competency in maintaining accurate clinical and assessment data
