We operate in the Noongar Nation traditional custodianship area.Job descriptionMechanical Maintenance Planner — full-time, at the Kwinana plant, on a Monday to Friday roster.As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities using SAP to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.We are looking for someone who embodies our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity, and innovation, thrives under pressure, is meticulous in planning work, and can confidently set objectives and achieve results.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks into the operation schedule.Conduct resource planning.Schedule maintenance work.Identify required parts, resources and services.Identify requirements for updates to SAP master data.Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve the performance of maintenance activities and equipment.Liaise directly with vendors and service providers.About youFive years' experience in base metal/ore refineries in a maintenance planning capacity.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.Significant experience developing maintenance plans and schedules.Committed and practical approach to the safety and wellbeing of all staff.Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the team and liaise with all levels of the organisation.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks.Excellent knowledge of refinery operational practices.Excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and an inclusive and open style.Location and cultureKwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from the City of Fremantle and 7 km from Rockingham.
