We're seeking a Demand Planner to join our Category Planning team, someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and driving results.
This is a great opportunity for a high-performing individual who is obsessed with delighting customers and delivering excellence across the supply chain.
About the opportunity The Demand Planner will work cross-functionally with Buying and Supply Planning teams, along with suppliers on go-to-market plans and forecasting for the Front-of-Shop and Over-The-Counter business.
The successful applicant will also: Be the go-to expert for the assigned product categories, blending historical data with market insights to forecast demand Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is where it needs to be — when it needs to be Drive the S&OP/IBP process, contributing to strategic planning and performance reporting Champion continuous improvement in demand planning tools and systems Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and experience.
A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or similar 2+ years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning, ideally within the Healthcare or FMCG industry A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency working in Excel and other forecasting tools (such as SAP APO/IBP experience) Proficiency in Power BI A collaborative spirit and a calm, adaptable approach under pressure Why join us?
