Section Manager – Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct workforce planning to profile forecast manpower demand, supply, capabilities, and budgeting design organization charts compose job descriptions undertake recruitment processes fulfill staffing needs through talent acquisition methods initiatives attract scout track applicants screen select hire probation handling internal staff movement transfer rotation posting internship programs employer branding pride image talent acquisition process DEI motivational employee activities best employee awards innovation award teambuilding staff outings employee communications staff meetings work rules employee disciplinary actions disputes counseling grievances employee life events hospital admissions memorials Amata Group PDPA compliance oversight
* Engage in employee relations develop strategies improve employee engagement motivate performance manage employee conflicts conduct performance reviews recommend promotions demotions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in HR Industrial Organizational Psychology Management Business Administration Social Sciences minimum GPAX 3.00
* Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment agencies corporate communications good English TOEIC score at least 750 proficient Microsoft Office applications Infographics familiarity social media recruitment AI tools advantageous leading conducting structured interviews junior senior levels initiating introducing selection instruments excellent planning communication negotiation interpersonal skills decision-making flexibility fast-paced environment growth mindset proactive approach delivering results time-tight setting good knowledge labor-related laws practices
