About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking civil construction company with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and teamwork. What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising and coordinating civil construction crews
* Managing subdivisions including bulk earthworks, service installations, and road construction
* Monitoring site operations for compliance with safety standards and company policies
* Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
* Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
* Communicating with subcontractors and stakeholders
* Assisting in scheduling and planning daily/weekly activities
* Mentoring junior team members
What You Will Need
* 5 years experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role or similar
* Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and materials
* Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans accurately
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
* Valid Drivers Licence and White Card
