We are seeking a Data Entry Officer to join our commercial team for the busy period.
This role will see you responsible for entering large customer orders into internal systems with speed and accuracy, ensuring information is processed correctly to support seamless service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input large orders into internal systems within required timeframes.Check and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Liaise with the commercial team to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies.Maintain organised electronic records to support reporting and customer service functions.Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and system-related tasks.About YouStrong attention to detail with the ability to process high-volume data accurately.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Confident using computer systems and quick to learn new software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.Available to work 5 days a week during the busy period.Experience working with order entry or ERP systems.Previous exposure to a commercial, logistics, or B2B environment.Positive, collaborative approach with a focus on team success.Why Join Us?
