About the role
The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) portfolio at Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) offers trusted financial decision-making advocacy, education, and financial services, empowering Queenslanders to plan and prepare for significant life events.
As a Customer Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality administration, telephone, and reception services to customers, service providers, and the public. This is a unique opportunity to engage with diverse customers, providing exceptional service and referral to appropriate resources. You'll be the welcoming face of QPT, the first point of contact for inquiries, and instrumental in maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Your role will involve administrative support, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on financial management.
In this role, you will also provide administrative support to our CED training team. The CED training team provides quality internal training for QPT employees.
