Job Title: Customer Experience Specialists
About the Role
This role is part of our team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a casual environment. Reporting to the Cafe Coordinator, you will be based in Noosa, QLD.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide welcoming and responsive service to customers at all times.
* Ensure customers are satisfied with the quality of food and beverages served through continuous feedback.
* Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
* Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers.
Requirements
* You have experience as a Barista, with skills in food handling and customer service.
* You possess knowledge of legislated requirements under the Food and Beverages Act.
* You have a strong understanding of safe food handling practices.
