**A**udi Centre Five Dock** is owned by Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands and has over 200 employees across over 70 dealerships in NSW/VIC/QLD and NZ.
Currently we are looking for a **Service Advisor** to join the team in Five Dock.
**As the service advisor, you will be responsible for**:
- Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Explain service options and process.
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
- Order parts where applicable.
- Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
- Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- A current driver's licence
