Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Housekeeping Supervisor at our location Robina, Gold Coast, employed on a Full-Time basis.
The Position:
* Supervision of cleaners in relation to day-to-day cleaning, work within building
* Control of the cleaning budget
* Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations
* Receive and respond to emails
* Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet
* Review stock levels and complete the orders
* Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
* Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
* Full Working Rights
* Must have a car/Driver's License
* Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
* Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
* National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
