Project Controls Institute Australia is seeking a Student Support Officer to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our students and members. About the Role
As a Student Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing guidance, administrative support, and timely assistance throughout their learning journey. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth enrolments, effective communication, and positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to student enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
• Support student enrolments, course access, and general administration
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM data
• Provide timely follow-up and ongoing student engagement support
• Liaise with trainers, assessors, and internal teams
• Assist with reporting, scheduling, and compliance documentation
About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, organised, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with digital systems and online learning platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous experience in education (RTO/CRICOS), training, or student services is an advantage
Experience with aXcelerate Student Management System is an advantage
