 
        
        Job Description:
The NSW, ACT and NZ Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive sales growth from key accounts in their territories.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead a high-performance sales team to meet revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals.
 * Drive the strategic direction and execution of the sales plan for the region to achieve growth objectives.
 * Assist in advancing the sales process for individual sales opportunities within the team.
 * Market and sell the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to partners, key accounts, and end-users.
 * Maintain high-level sales activity with a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week.
 * Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations.
 * Participate in weekly sales calls with the team for sales development and coaching.
 * Create and maintain individual development plans for sales representatives.
 * Implement corporate policies, procedures, and strategies and manage the sales budget.
 * Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
 * Identify new market opportunities and expand our presence.
 * Set up product tests or demonstrations for end-users and partners.
 * Deliver presentations for prospective clients.
 * Facilitate partner/key account training sessions on ergonomics and related products.
 * Lead business and forecasting discussions with partner/key account principals to meet sales goals.
 * Have a strong understanding of all products and consulting services.
 * Complete sales forecast reports for accounts, bookings, and invoiced numbers.
 * Work effectively with other colleagues to achieve corporate objectives.
 * Achieve year-over-year revenue growth from partners/key accounts.
Qualifications:
 * 7-10+ years business sales experience.
 * 5+ years proven successful management or leadership responsibility.
 * 8+ years business sales experience in the partner/dealer sector.
 * Bachelor's degree, business, marketing, or communications major preferred.
 * Successful track record of managing a mixed sales team.
 * Successful track record of planning and execution.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated applications.
 * Based in Sydney.
 * Knowledge and/or experience in office furniture or related industry, a plus.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities.
 * Proven successful follow-up and closing skills.
