This role is a key part of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and safe distribution of packaged gas to our clients.
As a Packaged Gas Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach our customers on time, while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
* You will be responsible for organizing deliveries to clients and distributors, using your knowledge of optimal distribution planning and cost management to make informed decisions.
* Your focus will be on improving the safety, quality, and efficiency of our distribution processes, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence.
* You will work closely with our sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit the business.
* In addition to your scheduling responsibilities, you will also be involved in monitoring operational KPIs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
* You will use data analysis skills to simulate new dispatch schemes and optimize our routing tool, reducing unnecessary deliveries and costs while meeting customer needs.
* Effective communication will be key to your success, as you will need to collaborate with order takers and sales teams to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
