What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers.
* Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in accordance with the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT).
* Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders.
* Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
* Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.
What You'll Bring
* A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication skills – listening, engagement, and effective issue resolution.
* A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations.
* The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions.
* Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded.
* Allied Health background is a bonus.
