Key Responsibilities
* Provide first point of contact for clients with their medical alarms
* Answer a variety of medical alarm activations, including emergency assistance calls and general testing and troubleshooting
* Notify emergency services when required and communicate critical details that could save a life
* Follow important protocols and administration requirements
* Offer reassurance and peace of mind to our clients and their family members
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to show empathy
* Proven experience in customer service and outstanding listening skills
* Excellent resilience
* Proficient in using computer systems and accurate typing skills
* First aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
* A team player who can add value to our workplace culture

Flexibility and Availability
We are a 24/7 business requiring staff to be flexible with their availability. Weekend and evening shifts may be necessary to fill rosters and ensure client support. Penalty rates apply for unsociable hours. Rosters are provided a month in advance allowing for time off planning.
Additionally, extra shifts may be available for part-time employees if desired. We also offer hybrid working opportunities for trained staff with good work ethic, suitable equipment, and reliable internet access at home.
