The Neuro Practice is a long-standing private Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology clinic servicing Bendigo and surrounds. We are seeking Physiotherapists, including 2026 New Graduates, with negotiable hours and remuneration (commensurate with experience) plus super and excellent benefits. Our clinicians focus their careers in rehabilitation, particularly in the disability sector, and enjoy working with clients of all abilities to achieve their goals. You will need strong clinical and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. All applicants will be considered, including part-time and full-time applicants.
The Services Offered
- 1:1 interventions in the clinic, client homes, and relevant community-based settings, tailored to each individual’s needs
- Community interventions including hydrotherapy programs, sporting activities, gymnasium, school and kinder visits
- Attendant care training, family support and education
- Equipment and assistive technology recommendations and assistance with provision
Caseload examples
- Cerebral Palsy
- Progressive neurological conditions (e.g., MND, Parkinson’s, MS)
- Deconditioning due to aging or disability
- Stroke
- Gait, alignment or postural issues
- Pain management
The Opportunity
You will be part of a team passionate about providing therapy services to people with neurological and general debility conditions, in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will:
- See clients in offices, homes, and community facilities. A generous vehicle allowance will form part of remuneration.
- Work your preferred hours; part-time or full-time options available.
- Learn and train across different therapy practices and treatment methods, with opportunities to focus interests.
- Build relationships with clients through established referral pathways.
- Work within and contribute to a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy, with support and education for Allied Health Assistants.
Operational hours are 8:30–4:30 Monday to Friday; overtime is not expected.

Requirements: Registered AHPRA Physiotherapist. New graduates are able to commence in 2026. Certificate of PI/PL insurance. NDIS worker screen clearance (or eligible to apply). Working with Children Check (or eligible to apply). High-level written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused intervention.
