Marketing & Creative Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of design, digital marketing, and content creation, and wants to build real-world experience across multiple brands and client projects.
You’ll work closely with our team across both in-house brands and client accounts, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns, creative assets, and digital systems.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role where no two days look the same. You’ll be involved in everything from designing social media graphics to setting up CRM workflows and drafting ad campaigns.
You’ll need to be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across different platforms and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative
* Create graphic design assets for social media and paid advertising campaigns
* Design client-facing documents such as prospectuses and brand guidelines
* Update and amend existing marketing assets based on client requests
* Assist with website updates (Wix and WordPress experience is a bonus, not essential)
Digital Marketing
* Schedule and manage organic content across in-house brands
* Assist in drafting and preparing paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta
Admin & Systems Setup
* Set up and manage CRM workflows and integrations
* Coordinate access and setup across platforms including Meta Business, Google Ads, Monday, Mailchimp, Calendly, and websites
Content & Copywriting
* Build target audiences based on provided prompts and upload to internal systems
* Write and upload listing copy to platforms
* Draft ad copy including long-form text, headlines, and descriptions for review
Location & Working Requirements
This role is based on the Gold Coast. Applicants must be located locally and available to work from our Surfers Paradise office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Additional hours may be required from time to time, depending on project demands and campaign activity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Creative with a strong eye for design and detail
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Comfortable working across both creative and administrative tasks
* A strong written communicator with the ability to adapt tone across different brands
* Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is highly regarded. Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus, but not essential.
