Your new company is a large ASX-Listed infrastructure organisation seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to strategically manage the engagement team across a variety of projects. This organisation is recognised globally and aims to ensure infrastructure remains operative for the wider community.
**Your new role** 
Your new role has a primary purpose of establishing and ingraining a customer centric culture within the wider team, ensuring proactive engagement with stakeholders and the wider community. This will include:
- Maintaining close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
- Monitor community enquiries ensuring quality and timely responses by collaborating with delivery teams 
- Develop and manage the implementation of the Community Engagement Plan for projects 
- Develop and implement community engagement and customer complaint management processes and procedures 
- Lead the Community Engagement team including Communications Officers and Communications Leads
