Practice Manager
Gawler Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our clinicians and lead our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff management, HR administration, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff coordination and recruitment
* Patient bookings and front-of-house efficiency
* Billing, accounts payable tracking, and supplier management
* Maintaining policies, compliance documents, and accreditation processes
* Liaising with dentists, contractors and external service providers
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills,
and experience in practice management.
