As such, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and deliver their current and upcoming projects across Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Site Manager, you will oversee the high‑end commercial fitout and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M, alongside a well‑resourced delivery team. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the project site, its trades and contractors, and ensuring the project is being delivered within the parameters of WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Cadets. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced candidate looking for a rewarding role, with exposure exciting projects in Sydney NSW and occasional travel to ACT.
DUTIES.
* Oversee on‑site construction activity management
* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
* Construction programming – long and short range
* Sub‑contractor Management
* Compliance and Quality Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
* Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $10M
* Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
* Commercial Fitout and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
