About the Role:
* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Oversee bulk assessment centres for volume recruitment, ensuring efficient delivery and effective candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct job briefs with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and requirements.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to design and deliver engaging interview questions and assessments.
3. Facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally covering Engineering and IT sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
