About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Leading Hand / Labourer to support site operations and lead a small crew on day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can guide a team while working alongside them to deliver quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and allocate daily tasks to site workers
* Supervise and support labourers and trades on site
* Perform hands-on construction duties as required
* Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Promote and maintain safe work practices and PPE compliance
* Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the Supervisor
* Assist with site setup, materials handling, and organisation
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand or senior construction worker
* Strong practical knowledge of construction processes
* Ability to lead and communicate with a team
* Commitment to workplace safety
* White Card (essential)
* Relevant tickets/licences (advantageous)
