We're seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Ariba
and
Procure-to-Pay processes
to join a dynamic Financial Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive supplier enablement and onboarding into PeopleSoft and Ariba.
* Support suppliers unfamiliar with Ariba, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
* Analyse business processes and reports to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
* Collaborate with business users and technical teams to optimise Ariba functionalities.
* Contribute to reducing manual work in the procure-to-pay process.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with
Ariba
(including complex functionalities).
* Strong understanding of
procure-to-pay workflows
.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work across multiple streams and adapt to evolving project priorities.
Contract Details:
* Initial term: 6 months (with potential extension).
* Location: Melbourne or Sydney.
* Competitive daily rate: $800 + super.
