About the Role:
This role involves leading, coaching and motivating a sales team to achieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targets.
* Lead and manage a sales team to drive strategic outcomes
* Achieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targets
* Provide strategic and operational insights to improve the sales process and customer experience
* Champion a customer-led approach across the sales lifecycle
* Monitor and manage sales and settlement pipelines
* Prepare competitor analysis reports and weekly sales results
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in residential land/housing. Your knowledge of legislation governing real estate sales and state market challenges and opportunities will be highly regarded.
