Job Title: Administration Officer Katherine
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our Katherine team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to our services, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum Certificate III in Business or Finance area, or relevant experience in a business support area. You will also possess a strong background in administration, including preparation of correspondence, financial reconciliation, logistics management, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to our Katherine-based services;
* Establish and maintain systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms that align with the specific needs of the Katherine-based team;
* Support key stages of Katherine-based programs, including referral, assessment, support provision, data collection, and reporting;
* Travel remotely within the Big Rivers Region, including overnight stays, to provide on-site administrative support or to assist with outreach activities;
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience working within a small to medium-sized business providing a range of administrative support;
* Competent use of a range of computer systems, including email and MS Office Suite;
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people;
* Action-oriented, flexible, innovative approach, and demonstrated willingness to assist others and work within a team;
* National Police Certificate; current Driver's Licence; NDIS Worker screening; Orientation Module Certificate.
