We are a Horticultural garden management business that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for good people to help us care for our client's gardens.

A very close second to cultural fit is your knowledge and experience. The right person will be:
* Managing plant and soil health, including diagnosing illness and applying effective treatment
* Using powered gardening equipment (hedger, whipper snipper, mower, blower, etc)
* Performing hedging and topiary
* Able to successfully reverse a trailer

What you need to bring…
* Reliability
* A passion for gardening and the outdoors
* Professional experience in maintaining gardens
* A smile every day
* An excellent level of fitness
* Current police clearance certificate (or the ability to attain one)
* Contactable work references from the last 12 months
* Minimum 'C' class driver's license (with your own car)
* 'LR', 'MR' or 'HR' class driver's license desirable but not essential
* Licensed to spray is desirable but not essential
* Demonstratable multiple years of recent experience and/or formal qualifications
