Under the direction of Director of International Sales, directs, administers, and coordinate the sales and related functions with Manufacturer Rep. Group(s) and Territory Development Supervisors for assigned regions.
**Responsibilities**

- Work with Andis management to successfully achieve the company and specific sales goals.
- Handles designated accounts in assigned country/countries as directed by the Director of International Sales.
- Work in the field to gain understanding of what our customers want. Barber, stylist, groomer visits should be incorporated into any travel.
- Analyze the top 80% accounts sales monthly to determine any actions that need to be taken.
- Develop and coordinate presentations to top accounts using PowerPoint, graphs, and charts where applicable.
- Coordinate, mediate, and resolve situations that can occur within regions including but not limited to pricing, credit & credit lines, product deliveries, problems Reps have with accounts, and customer service problems with reps and accounts.? Consult with the Director of International Sales where special action needs to be taken.
- Have a targeted customer list for each account to assist in new product "go to market" and getting placement of existing products they don't carry.
- Collaborate with our marketing dept. to create custom advertising, selling/signage materials for top accounts. This should include all show and educational requests.
- Establish a personal rapport with your top 80% accounts.
- Attend scheduled sales meetings to share your product knowledge with distributor field salespeople and store managers.
- Require that tools furnished by Andis, such as samples, literature, co-op advertising, spiffs, etc., are being used properly. Direct Reps to carry samples with them when presenting any NEW item.
- Inform the Director of International Sales with any major variation in standard Andis Company policies, pricing programs, advertising program, etc.
- Coordinates and implements advertising with all Key Accounts (large customers) their monthly sales fliers, catalogs, e commerce, shows/events, and social media outlets.
- Ascertain industry trends including but not limited to new product opportunities, product enhancements, and competitive activities.? Recommend changes in Andis policies where sales are being affected.
- Collaborate with accounts and marketing to evaluate shows from year to year, determining which should be attended and if we should have an educator. All education requirements need to be planned out in coordination with the education department.
- Determine what types of promotions should be run within the parameters of the Andis Show Programs.
- Expedite and input into CRM, all market intelligence. and expense reports at the end of each week.
- Work with travel agent to obtain the best air fare, hotel to manage your expenses as best you can.
- Plan out your monthly travel schedule before the start of each month and send it to the Director of International Sales.
- Maintain personal, telephone, or video conference with service stations, schools, and accounts where it is advantageous to have a personal relationship.
- Investigate opportunities while traveling within your region, detail your customer outlet stores, and chain accounts you are involved in or are targeting as a potential customer.
**Qualifications**
- Current, valid Driver's License (with record acceptable to our insurance). Valid Passport.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent. Five to ten years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a consumer products industry. At least 3 years of sales leadership experience.
- Working proficiency using a personal computer, using a calculator; and in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
