Based at our Acacia Ridge equipment storage yard (when on-site), you'll be servicing SEQ & NSW projects. Why Join Us? The role This is a critical, hands-on role based primarily at our depot, with some requirement for on-site support across our projects. Diagnose, repair & undertake preventative maintenance & prep for concrete pumps, placing booms, tower sections & accessories, including mechanical, hydraulic & electrical systems Plan & execute scheduled services, inspections & statutory certifications; maintain compliant maintenance records & asset histories Troubleshoot & coordinate rapid response for on-site breakdowns, minimising downtime Manage parts inventory, procurement & rebuilds (boom sections, pumps, valves, wear parts); control costs & warranty claims Collaborate with operations to schedule equipment, pre-pour readiness checks & commissioning/decommissioning of placing booms What are we looking for Mechanical Trade qualification Experience with Hydraulic systems Forklift Wiling to work at heights Safety minded, calm under pressure & able to perform safely in urgent situations Positive person who enjoys being part of a high-performing team Preferred but not essential Electrical qualification Experience with Concrete Pumps Major mechanical component refurbishment Experience with High & Low Voltage electrical systems High Risk Licences, eg Placing Boom, Basic Rigger, Slewing Crane About Us Based at Slacks Creek, Specialised Concrete Pumping (SCP) is an industry leading concrete pumping specialist that operates nationally and offers one of the largest and most diverse fleet of concrete pumping equipment in Australia.
