Turosi is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to oversee the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications across Australia. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring technology enables operational excellence, innovation, and sustained business growth.

About the Role
As the Business Applications Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a high‐performing applications team (including BC Lead Analyst and Business Systems Analyst).
Own the end‐to‐end lifecycle of core systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & FinOps.
Manage application support, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades across on‐prem and cloud environments.
Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Exec teams to deliver business‐critical solutions.
Oversee a portfolio of technology programs, driving improvements in efficiency, automation, and business capability.
Evaluate new applications and recommend enterprise deployment strategies.
Provide governance over project planning, feasibility, and prioritisation.
Present business cases and recommendations to the Australia IT Steering Committee.
About You
You're a strategic IT leader who can simplify complexity, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in fast‐paced environments.
You will bring:
15+ years' experience in IT leadership with responsibility for enterprise systems.
Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related fields; postgraduate qualifications in project/change management ideal.
Deep ERP System Expertise - proven experience with major platforms (eg SAP necessary, BC preferred) and understanding of their technical and functional capabilities.
Must have experience working with SAP ERP system with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
Strategic leadership and business acumen - ability to align ERP initiatives with company goals driving organisational efficiency and ROI.
Process optimisation and analytical skills - ability to analyse data and improve business processes (finance, HR, supply chain).
Change management and communication - skills in managing user adoption, minimising resistance and communicating with stakeholders.
Project management and implementation experience - experience leading full-cycle implementations, often requiring PMP, Agile or Waterfall certifications.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
